Building Health Literate Organisations Toolkit
Produced by the Lower Hume Primary Care Partnership, this toolkit is designed to provide health services with strategies to implement the 10 attributes of a health literate organisation. Resources are provided in an organised format to save time sifting through the extensive range of information available.
You do not need to work through the attributes in order, you can start with one that you might have the most wins with or perhaps is of the most need of attention. You may also find that resources under one attribute are applicable to other attributes.
