Eastern Metropolitan Region Action on Alcohol Flagship Group (AAFG)
The Action on Alcohol Flagship Group (AAFG) is a partnership committed to taking action in the Eastern Metropolitan Region (EMR) to reduce the harmful impacts of alcohol in our local communities. They align their primary prevention efforts to reduce harms from alcohol through advocacy, awareness raising, policy change and improved planning.
The AAFG have developed a Strategic Plan 2017-2021 which is focused on:
- Developing leaders who champion change
- Facilitating preventative planning frameworks and legislation
- Creating an informed and mobilised community.
