TFER Community of Practice - 28 February 2023

An Invitation to TFER’s first Community of Practice Session for 2023!

The Together For Equality and Respect (TFER) Community of Practice is a space to network, learn, and contribute to the collective impact on the prevention of violence against women in Melbourne’s east.

Session Focus
For the first Community of Practice Session of 2023, TFER are bringing the Partnership together once again around the theme of collective action - building upon the action planning consultation process that began in late 2022.

This initial consultation with the Partnership sought to identify areas that partners wanted to see as regional collective action priorities.

The two areas prioritised for collection action are:

  1. Strengthening intersectional practice
  2. Building connections and partnerships for those working in a lifespan approach

This Community of Practice session will enable prevention practitioners from TFER partner organisations to identify specific actions, for the next 12 months, that will support strengthened collective impact in these two areas.

Who should attend?

We encourage all TFER partners and other interested people to come along!

Whether or not you have been involved in previous TFER consultations around collective action areas, your input will support the partnership to shape a plan that will make the biggest difference. If you need a briefing on the previous discussions, feel welcome to contact the team on the details below.
