Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health
Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health (MCWH) is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation led by and for women from migrant and refugee backgrounds.
MCWH increase migrant and refugee women’s opportunities for health and wellbeing in Australia through education, advocacy, and leadership.
There work includes:
- multilingual health education to women across Victoria
- women's health information in over 70 languages
- cross-cultural and workplace training and consultation
- advocacy, expert advice and policy input
- research and project partnerships
- capacity building and women's leadership.
