This set of four mini videos were created by Masters of Dietetic students from Latrobe University - Grace and Lachlan as part of their placement at Inspiro Community Health in 2020.

The videos are designed for supported playgroups but suitable for anyone with young children:

  • Part 1 - Breast and bottle feeding
  • Part 2 - Packaged foods and snacks
  • Part 3 - Fussy eating
  • Part 4 - What drink is best for our teeth?
