Yarra Valley Health Promoting Schools Network 2017-2019 infographic has been developed by Eastern Health to summarise the progress being made with schools in the Yarra Valley to support health and wellbeing.

A total of 26 Primary and Secondary schools have been supported and connected through the Network.
