EACH Healthy Eating Workshop
EACH ran a Healthy Eating Workshop as part of Dental Health Week 2019 featuring ex MasterChef and CEO of the Australian Dental Association (Victorian Branch) Matt Hopcraft and Indigenous Consultant, Colin Atkinson.
The session was attended by 68 people from the community and the event explored:
- healthy ways of cooking & preparing food
- how to spice it up in the kitchen
- tips to make veggies more exciting
- inspiring recipes/ingredients
- information on growing your own produce
- bush tucker
- meal budgeting
- healthy meal planning.
