Let's Talk: Beyond COVID Forum

The Let’s Talk: Beyond COVID Forum was held in December 2020 and brought together over 20 organisations from across the Outer East Region of Melbourne. It provided an opportunity for people to come together to reconnect, share and learn from each other’s experiences in 2020.

The report highlights participants’ understanding of the success factors for local collaboration during the COVID pandemic and brings them together under nine key enablers for effective collaboration.

The report presents the strengths and hopes identified by participants in their own words and as illustrations captured by a graphic recorder.

There is willingness, drive and passion to keep collaborating in the East. Partners are open and receptive to new ways of working.

Organisations: Outer East Primary Care Partnership, Maroondah City Council, Yarra Ranges Council, Knox City Council, Victorian State Government.
