RAT and N95 Masks Program

The North Eastern Public Health Unit (NEPHU) priority communities Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) and N95 mask distribution program is underway.

NEPHU is focused on supporting community members through COVID-19. NEPHU has partnered with Eastern Volunteers and the Department of Health to provide Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) kits and N95 masks to organisations and community groups working with priority community members in the NEPHU catchment:

  • Banyule
  • Boroondara
  • City of Yarra
  • Darebin
  • Hume
  • Knox
  • Manningham
  • Maroondah
  • Nillumbik
  • Whitehorse
  • Whittlesea, and
  • Yarra Ranges.

Below is the expression of interest form to place your request. Please ensure you complete this form each time you request a supply of RATs or N95 masks.

  • Please share the Expression Of Interest (EOI) Form with organisations and community groups working with priority community members in the NEPHU catchment.
