Community of Practice for Commonwealth Home Support Providers
The Eastern Sector Development Team (ESDT) has developed an online Community of Practice (CoP) for Commonwealth Home Support Providers (CHSP) based in Eastern Metropolitan Melbourne.
The CoP provides an opportunity for organisations to connect, ask questions, share ideas, resources and continue to collaborate while being unable to meet in person. The online platform is easy to navigate and has a variety of channels covering:
- Allied Health
- Community Transport
- Social Support
- Personal Care
- Reablement.
The ESDT facilitate the CoP and provide support and guidance on diversity, wellness and reablement issues, however the CoP is designed to be led by the interests and needs of the participants.
