Dementia Knowledge Network

The Dementia Knowledge Network is working together to showcase the good work happening across all agencies, funding streams and organisations to ensure better outcomes for people living with dementia and those who care for them.

This initiative started in the Outer East of Melbourne - and while the Network is meeting remotely due to Covid restrictions, anyone working to improve outcomes for people living with dementia is welcome to participate.
