Social Inclusion Community of Practice
The Social Inclusion Community of Practice is a group of health promotion practitioners, health planners, community development/strengthening officers, local government place makers, and others with an interest in social inclusion.
The Community of Practice shares knowledge and skills, promotes good practice, builds capability, and supports collective impact in the Eastern region. The group is led by the Inner East Primary Care Partnership (IEPCP).
