Hoarding & Squalor Regional Network

The Outer East Primary Care Partnership (OEPCP) together with the Maroondah Hoarding & Squalor Network is working on a project to:

  • build greater awareness of hoarding as a mental health condition
  • decrease stigma
  • and gain support from the sector and funding bodies to improve service responses to hoarding.

In the first phase of the project, four personas have been developed that represent a sector worker, a family member and two clients with differing levels of hoarding challenges and insight into their hoarding.
