The Greater Risk resource is a simple 'one stop shop' single page web platform that highlights the risks of early uptake of alcohol consumption in young people and encourage its prevention.
Greater Risk is a Dalgarno Institute initiative in consultation with ICON media, which started in 2011. Initially it was set up as a TV ad campaign released in Country Victoria via Southern Cross Network. Using the tag line 'the younger they start, the greater the risk,' which is still used today, alerted parents to the risks of introducing their children to 'controlled drinking'.
