Enliven Organisational Health Literacy Self-Assessment Resource
In 2012 the Institute of Medicine developed a white paper on the 10 attributes of a health literate organisation. That is, an organisation that makes it easier for people to navigate, understand, and use information and services to take care of their health.
The Enliven Organisational Health Literacy Self-assessment Resource can be used to guide and inform development as a health literate organisation. The resource expands on each of the 10 attributes and suggests ways that every organisation can work towards meeting these goals.
